Collections, Programs and Exhibits
MOHAI’s collections focus on the history of Seattle and the central Puget Sound region from the time of Euro-American settlement in 1851 to the current day.
DO YOU OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY?
Contemporary history-in-the-making will be emphasized in the new MOHAI. We are seeking artifacts and other materials that will help us make those stories come alive. If you have a personal piece of history, please complete our Artifact Evaluation Questionnaire.
Programs for Lifelong Learning
Whether for school children or busy adults, MOHAI at Lake Union Park will offer programs at times and in ways that fit the needs of lifelong learners who are busy, interested and involved.
History—past and current—will be presented with opportunities for conversation and socializing.
